Paper decisions for TIME 2025 are finalized. Each submission was rigorously reviewed by at least three experts, with most receiving four or five reviews, including at least one from an industry researcher. The Area Chair carefully assessed all review aspects before making recommendations, and the program chairs conducted a thorough evaluation of submissions, reviews, author responses, and recommendations. As a result, 6 papers have been accepted for oral presentations and 5 for poster sessions.

Authors are given until January 24th, 11:59 PM AoE, to prepare and submit an optional author response. This response will be visible to the Area Chairs during the final decision-making process.

Our workshop is participating in the fast-track process for TheWebConf 2025. Authors whose papers were rejected from the main conference can resubmit their work to our workshop with light revisions. Appendix: authors should cut and paste reviews from the main review process and include a section titled “Improvements,” where they should briefly describe any light revisions made in response to the reviews. Heavy revisions are not allowed. Submission Dates: The submission system will be open from January 20th to 26th (11:59 PM AOE). Final decisions will be made by January 27th. Confidentiality: Reviews will remain confidential, and the review process will be double-blind. Conflict of Interest: If we identify a conflict of interest, we will ask the author to submit elsewhere. Publication: Accepted papers will be published in the ACM Companion proceedings by default. Derived from the TIME Lab logo, this design symbolizes the dynamic flow of cross-domain knowledge. Fluid lines seamlessly integrate diverse ideas, while bold red strokes subtly form "WWW," emphasizing the focus on web technologies. The gradient transition from warm to cool tones represents the merging of academic and industry perspectives. Meanwhile, the circular shape conveys inclusivity and continuous evolution, aligning with our mission to bridge gaps and foster innovation in web research.
